Our support personnel are a close-knit group that communicate freely with one another. You will never talk to one representative who promises you one thing, only to talk to another who contradicts the first. Moreover, we pride ourselves on being available to our clients, even at the executive level. |

support, and how much will it cost me? We offer 24/7 network monitoring. Unfortunately, ClickEx.net is not yet able to offer 24/7 phone support. We do, however, provide an 800 number to all our customers and are readily available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. All technical support services at ClickEx.net are free of charge. |

content? ClickEx.net reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Sites that may be refused include pornographic sites, sites inciting racism or hatred, and sites depicting excessive graphic violence. |

| 7.) How much space do I get? Our more popular packages offer between 400MB and 800MB of storage, however more storage is certainly available. Dedicated servers (servers that host ONLY your website) are also available for those sites that need extensive storage. |

| 8.) What kind of security features can I
choose from? Password protected directories are available to all of our hosting customers. Our secure servers boast SSL--secure socket layers. Websites interested in developing e-commerce, creating product databases, and allowing credit card transactions will need deluxe hosting. |

your company have? We have been hosting websites for over five years. |

| 10.) Can you transfer my existing domain
name and/or content? Yes, both, unless you are under contract with another company that prevents this. |
